What counts as a check?

Any single URL run through the LLM Access Check or the Full AEO Audit. Pasting HTML into the LLM Access Check (no live fetch) is always free. Individual on-demand crawler tabs within one report don’t each cost a check.

Do check packs expire?

No — purchased credits never expire. Buy once, use whenever.

What if a page can’t be fetched?

The check is returned to your balance automatically. You are never charged for a result we could not deliver.

Why only one login?

Accounts are per-seat. Only one active session is allowed at a time — signing in elsewhere ends the previous session. Need multiple seats? Contact us.

Can I cancel Pro?

Yes — anytime. Pro does not auto-renew, so there is no mandate to cancel; it simply expires at the end of the period unless you renew.

How can I pay?

UPI or WhatsApp — those are the only two options. We do not accept cards, we never store payment details, and nothing auto-renews. Pay by UPI and submit the reference number, or message us on WhatsApp and we will activate your account by hand.

How long does activation take?

Each payment is checked by a person, usually within a few hours and always the same business day. You will get an email the moment your account is topped up.
